The third Peace and Progress Symposium took place on Sunday February 15th at the Friends Meeting House in London. The event was entitled Britain’s Guantanamo: Internment Without Trial in Belmarsh. The discussion was chaired by Andrew Clapham, Professor of International Law, Graduate Institute of International Law, Geneva.
